It’s not a hidden fact that the actual energy of our body and quality of living a healthy life is deteriorating in the modern era due to three main factors – stress, depression and pollution. We are working nonstop day and night, always looking for means of distracting ourselves from the daily nuances of life but we have forgotten to pay attention to our spiritual wellbeing and physical health.
With time, our focus gets shifted toward meeting materialistic needs and we tend to lose our connection with our conscious. Eventually, we are unable to awaken our consciousness. This consciousness does not imply being active throughout the day.
This consciousness and sub-conscious refers to the true energy of life, which aids in the connection of our body, mind and soul that leads to a person’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This is achievable only through the practice of Yoga. Yoga is more than just physical health. It is about a person’s overall betterment to live a happy and satisfying life.
